House Cleaning
General cleaning, deep cleaning, organization, kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and other household areas.
Vehicle Detailing
Interior detail cleaning for most vehicles, including vacuuming, wipe downs, stain cleanup, and basic exterior care.
Yard Work
Outdoor cleanup, trimming, debris removal, seasonal help, and simple yard maintenance jobs.
Light Repairs
Small drywall fixes, light carpentry, simple repairs, furniture fixes, and basic maintenance jobs.
Simple Hourly Pricing
Most services are offered in easy 1-hour time slots.
I charge $25 per hour for most cleaning, yard work, detailing, and light repair services.
Services are scheduled in 1-hour time slots so appointments are simple to plan and easy to adjust.
Special Condition Pricing
I reserve the right to charge more for jobs that involve unusually heavy messes, extreme dirt, strong odors, hazardous cleanup, or especially nasty cleaning conditions.
There may also be an extra charge for any materials required for jobs, not including normal cleaning supplies but may include things like materials for repairs or yard bags for yard cleanup.
I do not do major hauling but may be able to remove smaller household items or furniture for an extra fee.

Body Camera Notice
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, I may wear a body camera while working. This helps protect both my customers and myself by keeping a clear record of the job.
The goal is simple: you should feel comfortable knowing your home, property, and belongings are being treated with respect.

Light Maintenance & Repairs
I can also help with simple maintenance and repair jobs, such as minor drywall repairs, basic carpentry, small fence fixes, loose boards, furniture repairs, and other manageable projects.
I do not offer plumbing, electrical work, or major construction. I also will not be resposible for hauling away any trash or waste.
